Well, this is a basic function I came up with, it reverses UTF-8 encoded strings around..
Because UTF-8 encoded characters use more than 1 byte, simply using PHP's strrev(); did not do the trick.
Obviously if you look at the source, you can do pretty much whatever you want to the input.. doesn't just have to be reversed.
